Reference Services

Reference services are provided by the Scientific Information and Education Section. Users can contact librarians by e-mail or phone with questions concerning the Library’s collections, services, and resources.

The Scientific Information and Education Section offers assistance with:

• searching for materials in the Library catalogue, traditional card catalogues, and electronic databases,
• finding and accessing printed and electronic resources,
• borrowing procedures and requesting library materials,
• literature searches and reference enquiries,
• using library resources and research tools.

The Section also organizes library training sessions for individuals and groups, helping users develop effective search strategies and make the best use of the Library’s collections and services.
