ICONOGRAPHIC MATERIAL

  • Iconographic materials used in the article should be sent as separate named files in JPG or TIFF format and with the minimum resolution of 350 dpi. The author should also provide information concerning the placement of the iconographic materials within the body of the article.
  • Photographs included in the article should be accompanied by a description sent in a separate file (Word or .rtf format) with a reference to the number of the described photograph.
  • Inclusion of illustrations, diagrams, and drawings found on the Internet (especially on Wikipedia) is forbidden.
  • The authors are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions are obtained for materials that do not fall under the terms of “Fair Use”. The exception to the rule is iconographic material from the collection of The Archives of Polish Emigration or University Museum in Toruń, the copyright to which is owned by the Nicolaus Copernicus University.
