Dear Readers,

as part of national and consortium licenses, the ACS, Cambridge University Press, Elsevier, IOP, Oxford University Press, Springer and Taylor&Francis open publishing programs have been available since the end of May 2025.

The programs allow authors with affiliation with NCU to publish articles in the OA mode free of charge. Articles accepted for publication in the current year are eligible for the program. For the CUP, IOP and OUP programs, the pool of articles covered by the programs is unlimited.
