HOW TO ORDER A BOOK

First consult the NCU Library Catalog and check if the book is located in the NCU Main Library or in one of the Faculty Libraries.

Check Status for availability. Dostępne indicates available.

You can also order books using the NCU Library Books Card Catalog. The procedure is similar to placing orders via the NCU Library Catalog.

The Books Card Catalog does not display the availability status. You will find this information upon logging into your library account one hour after placing the order.

Books ordered via the NCU Library Books Card Catalog arrive at noon the following day.

HOW TO ORDER A PERIODICAL

Use lending forms to order periodicals from the NCU Library Journal Card Catalog. Journals can be ordered to be sent to the Main Reading Room or to the Current Periodicals Reading Room.

Each title requires an order on a separate form. One form can be used for a number of issues of a journal.

Periodicals ordered to be sent to reading rooms will be held for readers for 3 days.
